Here, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a comprehensive change journey involving large-scale development projects, including new investments in the local operations. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring projects related to automation and mechanics in our production. You work closely with the operations and drive several projects in parallel, from concept to finished solution. You will contribute to improving our processes, reducing disruptions, and creating a more efficient production environment. As a Project Manager, you will become a key part of our continued development, working with both technology and people.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead several parallel projects related to machines, robot cells, and production equipment.
• Drive mechanical improvements and efficiencies in production.
• Work on the development and adaptation of existing equipment.
• Be responsible for project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical support in daily operations.
• Present to the local management group and report to your direct manager.

You will work closely with production, the technical team, and suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient solutions. At the same time, independent assignments without a project team are a natural part of the role.

We would like you to have:

• Good knowledge of mechanics and design.
• Experience in project management within the industry, preferably related to machines or production equipment.

• The ability to collaborate and lead others towards common goals.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.

We prefer candidates with a post-secondary technical education and work experience in a similar role. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
